2. Use of Services

Our vending machines provide snacks, beverages, and other food products at various locations. Users must follow proper usage guidelines, including:

• Using the machine only for its intended purpose.
• Not attempting to retrieve products without completing payment.
• Reporting any malfunction to our support team immediately.
• Not allowing children to use the machine unsupervised.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made using UPI, debit/credit cards, or digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

• Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.
• Failed transactions will be automatically reversed within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Policy

If payment is deducted but the product is not dispensed due to a machine error, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method. To request a refund, contact us with your transaction ID and machine location details.

5. Machine Usage

Users must not damage, vandalize, or attempt to manipulate the vending machine in any way. Any tampering with the machine is a violation of these terms and may result in legal action. This includes:

• Attempting to force open the machine.
• Inserting foreign objects into the machine.
• Interfering with the payment system or electronics.
• Trying to obtain products without payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

UmiFoods and UMI FOODS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vending machines or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

7. Privacy

We collect minimal personal data required to process transactions and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms
