At UmiFoods, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for every customer. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are issued and the process to claim them.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Payment was deducted but the product was not dispensed by the vending machine.
  • Wrong product was dispensed due to a machine error.
  • Duplicate payment was charged for a single transaction.
  • Product received was damaged, expired, or tampered.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Product was successfully dispensed but the customer changed their mind.
  • Incorrect selection made by the customer.
  • Partial consumption of the product after dispensing.

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction with the following details:

  • Transaction ID or UPI reference number
  • Date and time of purchase
  • Location of the vending machine
  • Description of the issue

⏱ Refund Timeline: 5-7 working days

5. Refund Timeline

Once your refund request is verified and approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. UPI and wallet payments may be processed faster.

6. Payment Methods Covered

Refunds are supported for payments made via:

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Digital Wallets

7. Changes to This Policy

UmiFoods reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
